When consumers or companies are having difficulty collecting payments it’s time to call The Credit Bureau. We are the Debt Recovery Specialists that don’t charge anything in advance. There are no membership fees or initiation costs to use our services. We are simply commission based on what has been collected, NOT what may be collected.
We offer Consumer, Commercial, Agricultural, Landlord collection services.
Staff are vetted and The Credit Bureau is a licensed Collection Agency in the Province of Ontario with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services under the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act, RSO 1990, c.C.14. The Credit Bureau adheres to Government legislation pertaining to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
No agency can guarantee collection but we promise to work the files to the best of our ability. Our philosophy is simple, NO COLLECTION, NO CHARGE!

Our Process
Provide us with all available information about your file. We'll help you know what we need to best serve you.
We stay in contact with you throughout the process providing transparency on our progress.
If we feel legal action is in our client’s best interest we may suggest taking the file to Small Claims/Superior Court.
We can file and register a judgment on your behalf and enforce the judgment by garnishing wages, bank account or by placing a Writ (lien) on a property.
We earn a commission only upon successful collection.
