Making a Payment

If you received a notice from our office or wish to make a payment on a previous balance you can do so by using the link to your Financial Institution. Please add your full name and debt number with every transaction.

You will need to add your full name and the DEBT NUMBER (ie. DB123456) and use Credit Bureau Woodstock as the payee. (see sample here)

You can also eTransfer a payment to payments@thecreditbureau.ca. You will need to add your full name and the debt number.
